Because Gilbert Dental is a fee for service office, we provide dental services without assuming your insurance company will pay for the completed treatment. We will provide you a treatment plan and an estimated co-payment. The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs. We treat patients (with consent) based on their needs not according to insurance benefits.

We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, and we accept all insurance plans that have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. Here are some of the insurance providers we work with: Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, SunLife, Regence, Premera, United Healthcare.
Insured patients are responsible to pay estimated co-payment at the time of service. Accrued charges are due at the time of service for non-insured patients. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept cash and checks.
If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, please contact our office. As a courtesy we send claims to your insurance, however, you are ultimately responsible for treatment fees and co-payments.
