When you make your appointment with us, you can rest assured that we will be here to welcome you with skilled, friendly and pain-free dental care that’s second-to-none. That is our commitment to you.

Your appointment is the time we’ve set aside just to care for you. During your visit, you can rely on us to give you the highest level of care and personalized attention. And we’ll never rush your visit with us because every patient is unique, and deserves our time.

In return for our commitment to you, we ask that you please respect your scheduled appointment with us. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us enough time so that we can allocate your time to another patient. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice.

We arrange our team’s time based on our patients’ weekly scheduled visits with us. When you forget your scheduled appointment times, break or cancel them, this creates an additional cost and hardship to our practice, especially if we don’t have adequate time to fill your appointment time for another deserving patient.

We understand that life can interfere with appointments. We just ask that you please share the same respect for your commitment to an appointment that we make for your visit with us.
