Welcome back! Our office re-opens on May 18th, and we’re excited to be able to offer you all of our dental care services to you again!
When you come in for your next appointment, you will notice some changes, as we’ve added more precautions to help keep you and our staff safe.
+ Before your scheduled appointment, our office will contact you to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you check in the office for your appointment.
+ We are also asking our patients to please call or text us when they arrive to our parking lot to check in and to wear a mask if they have one, or to request one, as we will provide one for you if you do not have one.
+ We have installed a touchless hand sanitizer by the entry door for you to use when you first come in. We have also installed Air Purifiers throughout our office and new equipment in the treatment rooms to contain any aerosol droplets.
+ Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
+ All appointments will be managed to allow for proper social distancing between patients.
+ We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
+ What about Chance? Our wonderful Dog Chance will continue to be in the office to keep us all company but we are asking patient’s who want to pat him to use gloves. These will be provided.
+ We very much look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions.
Beginning May 18th 2020, our office hours are Monday 7:30 to 6:30, Wednesday 7:30 to 6:30 and Thursday 7:30 to 4:30. Tuesday will be open for administrative business only. We are taking every step to keep every patient safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at (425) 957-4700.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back.
